Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup chopped salami or pepperoni
  • 1 cup mixed olives (green + black)
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes
  • Crackers or crostini for serving

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese and mozzarella until smooth and spreadable.
  2. Fold in chopped salami, roasted red peppers, and any optional antipasto add-ins.
  3. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Shape mixture into a firm ball and chill 30–45 minutes to set.
  5. Once firm, press assorted olives and diced peppers around the outside to fully coat the surface.
  6. Arrange the cheese ball on a platter with charcuterie and crackers.
  7. Chill until serving so the exterior stays intact and the interior stays creamy.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, consider adding some crushed red pepper flakes.
