Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup chopped salami or pepperoni
- 1 cup mixed olives (green + black)
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes
- Crackers or crostini for serving
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese and mozzarella until smooth and spreadable.
- Fold in chopped salami, roasted red peppers, and any optional antipasto add-ins.
- Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape mixture into a firm ball and chill 30–45 minutes to set.
- Once firm, press assorted olives and diced peppers around the outside to fully coat the surface.
- Arrange the cheese ball on a platter with charcuterie and crackers.
- Chill until serving so the exterior stays intact and the interior stays creamy.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding some crushed red pepper flakes.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Serve with a variety of crackers or crostini for a delightful presentation.
