Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese with garlic powder until smooth.
- Add roasted peppers, olives, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, and parsley. Stir gently to mix.
- Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- Press mixture evenly into the pan, smoothing the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Invert onto a serving plate, peel off wrap, and garnish with extra herbs or olive oil drizzle.
- Slice and serve with crackers or toasted bread.
