Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Wrap each mozzarella stick tightly with a slice of bacon, tucking ends underneath.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until bacon is crispy and cheese is just melted.
- Let rest 2 minutes before serving (to avoid cheese oozing out).
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
