Description

Baked Lemon Boursin Pasta is a creamy, citrusy, and ultra-comforting dish baked until bubbly with a bright lemon finish.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 12 oz Pasta (rigatoni or penne)
  • 1 Lemon (zest + juice)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 head Garlic (whole or minced)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
  3. Add Boursin, olive oil, garlic, cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice to a baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered until cheese is soft and garlic is fragrant, about 15 minutes.
  5. Mash garlic and stir everything into a smooth, creamy sauce.
  6. Add drained pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan and return to oven until bubbly and lightly golden, about 10 minutes.
  8. Finish with black pepper, herbs, and extra lemon zest before serving.
