- 8 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 12 oz Pasta (rigatoni or penne)
- 1 Lemon (zest + juice)
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 head Garlic (whole or minced)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
- Add Boursin, olive oil, garlic, cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice to a baking dish.
- Bake uncovered until cheese is soft and garlic is fragrant, about 15 minutes.
- Mash garlic and stir everything into a smooth, creamy sauce.
- Add drained pasta and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and return to oven until bubbly and lightly golden, about 10 minutes.
- Finish with black pepper, herbs, and extra lemon zest before serving.
