- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
- Pinch of salt
- Whipped cream or extra yogurt (for topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, mash one banana until smooth.
- Stir in rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt.
- Add chia seeds if using and mix until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
- Stir the oats until thick and creamy.
- Layer with sliced banana and graham cracker crumbs.
- Finish with a dollop of whipped cream or yogurt before serving.

- For a vegan option, use plant-based yogurt and milk.
