- 4 slices of crispy bacon
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 large tomato, thickly sliced
- 1 cup crisp lettuce
- Secret sauce: 1/4 cup mayo, 1 tsp mustard, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: avocado or cheese
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels.
- Whisk together the secret sauce ingredients: mayo, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out tortillas and spread a generous layer of the secret sauce on each.
- Add lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy bacon on top of the sauce.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.
- Toast the wraps in a dry skillet over medium heat until the outside is golden and lightly crisp.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add avocado or cheese for extra flavor.
- Adjust the seasoning in the secret sauce to your taste.
- For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas.
