Description

Ingredients
- Flatbread or naan
- Brie cheese
- Dried or fresh cranberries
- Walnuts
- Hot honey (or honey + chili flakes)
- Olive oil
- Fresh thyme
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Add slices or chunks of brie evenly over the surface.
- Sprinkle cranberries and walnuts across the flatbread.
- Bake at 425°F for 10–12 minutes until the brie melts and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and drizzle generously with hot honey.
- Garnish with fresh thyme.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, use hot honey or add more chili flakes.
- Fresh thyme can be substituted with dried thyme if necessary.
