Description

Warm, melty brie over crisp flatbread topped with tart cranberries, toasted walnuts, and a sweet-spicy honey finish.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread or naan
  • Brie cheese
  • Dried or fresh cranberries
  • Walnuts
  • Hot honey (or honey + chili flakes)
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh thyme
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add slices or chunks of brie evenly over the surface.
  3. Sprinkle cranberries and walnuts across the flatbread.
  4. Bake at 425°F for 10–12 minutes until the brie melts and edges are golden.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle generously with hot honey.
  6. Garnish with fresh thyme.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
