Ingredients

  • Sirloin steak tips
  • Rigatoni pasta
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Heavy cream
  • Butter
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Olive oil
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Season steak tips generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear steak tips in hot olive oil until browned and just cooked; remove and rest.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add cream, Parmesan, and a pinch of Cajun seasoning; simmer until thick and smooth.
  6. Toss cooked rigatoni into the sauce, loosening with pasta water if needed.
  7. Top with steak tips, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
