Ingredients

- Rigatoni pasta

Instructions
- Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.

- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream, Parmesan, and a pinch of Cajun seasoning; simmer until thick and smooth.
- Toss cooked rigatoni into the sauce, loosening with pasta water if needed.
- Top with steak tips, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
