A luxurious no-bake layered cheese terrine with sweet figs, bold gorgonzola, and toasted pecans.

- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 cup Dried figs (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Toasted pecans (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: splash of cream for smoother texture
- Crackers or baguette for serving
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and gorgonzola together until smooth; season lightly with salt, pepper, and a touch of honey.
- Line a small loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving overhang for lifting.
- Spread a thick layer of the cheese mixture into the bottom of the pan.
- Mix chopped figs and toasted pecans with a drizzle of honey, then press this mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining cheese mixture and smooth the surface.
- Cover and chill 2–3 hours (or overnight) to fully set.
- Lift out, un-mold, slice, and garnish with fresh herbs; serve with crackers or bread.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, add a splash of cream to the cheese mixture.
- Chilling overnight enhances the flavors.
