Description

A creamy vanilla cheesecake layered with juicy peaches, buttery crumble, and dripping caramel, perfect for dessert lovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 fresh peaches (sliced)
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup flour (for crumble)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (optional for cobbler topping)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a springform pan and bake for 8–10 minutes; cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
  3. Toss sliced peaches with a little brown sugar and cinnamon. Layer peaches over crust.
  4. Pour cheesecake batter over peaches.
  5. Make crumble by mixing flour, brown sugar, butter, and optional oats until crumbly; sprinkle over batter.
  6. Bake for 55–65 minutes until center is slightly set. Cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours.
  7. Drizzle generously with caramel sauce and top with whipped cream before slicing.

Notes

  • Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • Chilling the cheesecake for at least 4 hours is crucial for the best texture.
  • Optional oats can add a nice texture to the crumble topping.
