Description

A golden-griddled burrito stuffed with juicy beef and molten cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar & mozzarella
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Queso or cheese sauce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: hot sauce or salsa

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, seasoning with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir in diced tomatoes and a few spoonfuls of warm queso until beef becomes creamy and coated.
  3. Lay out tortillas and add a layer of shredded cheese, then spoon the beef mixture over the top.
  4. Add more cheese sauce or shredded cheese for an extra-melty center.
  5. Roll each burrito tightly, folding in the sides.
  6. Place on a hot dry skillet seam-side down; grill until golden and crisp, flipping once.
  7. Slice in half and serve while the cheese is molten.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding hot sauce or salsa.
