Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar & mozzarella
- 4 large Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Queso or cheese sauce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: hot sauce or salsa
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, seasoning with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and a few spoonfuls of warm queso until beef becomes creamy and coated.
- Lay out tortillas and add a layer of shredded cheese, then spoon the beef mixture over the top.
- Add more cheese sauce or shredded cheese for an extra-melty center.
- Roll each burrito tightly, folding in the sides.
- Place on a hot dry skillet seam-side down; grill until golden and crisp, flipping once.
- Slice in half and serve while the cheese is molten.

- For extra flavor, consider adding hot sauce or salsa.
