- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- Green onions or celery (optional topping)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a casserole dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, dressing, and Buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken and seasonings.
- Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Top generously with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Garnish with green onions or celery and serve hot.
