Ingredients
- Mozzarella cheese sticks (10 pieces)
- Refrigerated pizza or crescent dough (1 roll)
- Butter (4 tbsp, melted)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Parmesan cheese (¼ cup, grated)
- Parsley (1 tbsp, chopped)
- Italian seasoning (½ tsp)
- Salt (pinch)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat & prep: Heat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut & wrap: Slice dough into strips. Place one cheese stick on each strip, roll tightly, and pinch ends to seal.
- Make garlic butter: Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, Parmesan, and salt.
- Brush & bake: Brush rollups generously with garlic butter and bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Crisp finish: Brush once more with leftover garlic butter right out of the oven.
- Cool slightly: Let sit for 3–4 minutes so cheese settles slightly inside.
- Serve: Pair with warm marinara or ranch for dipping — the ultimate cheesy bite!
