Ingredients

  • Mozzarella cheese sticks (10 pieces)
  • Refrigerated pizza or crescent dough (1 roll)
  • Butter (4 tbsp, melted)
  • Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
  • Parmesan cheese (¼ cup, grated)
  • Parsley (1 tbsp, chopped)
  • Italian seasoning (½ tsp)
  • Salt (pinch)
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat & prep: Heat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut & wrap: Slice dough into strips. Place one cheese stick on each strip, roll tightly, and pinch ends to seal.
  3. Make garlic butter: Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, Parmesan, and salt.
  4. Brush & bake: Brush rollups generously with garlic butter and bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Crisp finish: Brush once more with leftover garlic butter right out of the oven.
  6. Cool slightly: Let sit for 3–4 minutes so cheese settles slightly inside.
