Description

Cheesy Lasagna Roll-Ups are a delightful twist on classic lasagna, featuring creamy, saucy, and cheesy individual spirals that are easy to make and delicious to eat.


Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles (cooked)
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Marinara sauce
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Ground beef or Italian sausage (optional)
  • Egg
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add cooked beef or sausage if using.
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara in a baking dish.
  3. Lay cooked lasagna noodles flat, spread each with the ricotta mixture, and roll tightly.
  4. Place each roll seam-side down in the baking dish.
  5. Top with marinara and extra mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
  7. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley before serving.
