Ingredients
- Lasagna noodles (cooked)
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Marinara sauce
- Parmesan cheese
- Ground beef or Italian sausage (optional)
- Egg
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
- Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add cooked beef or sausage if using.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara in a baking dish.
- Lay cooked lasagna noodles flat, spread each with the ricotta mixture, and roll tightly.
- Place each roll seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Top with marinara and extra mozzarella.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
- Garnish with Parmesan and parsley before serving.

- For a vegetarian option, omit the ground beef or sausage.
