Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- Cooked chicken (diced)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Creamy pot pie sauce (chicken gravy-style)
- Frozen peas
- Carrots (diced)
- Corn
- Onion (finely chopped)
- Garlic
- Butter
- Flour
- Chicken broth
- Heavy cream or milk
- Thyme
- Salt & black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and roll pizza dough onto a baking stone or tray.
- Make the sauce: sauté butter, onion, and garlic; stir in flour, then whisk in broth and cream until thick.
- Season sauce with thyme, salt, and pepper; cool slightly.
- Spread sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- Top with chicken, peas, carrots, corn, and mozzarella.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Finish with parsley and slice hot.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with additional vegetables.
