Ingredients

  • Brownie batter (homemade or boxed)
  • Flour (heat-treated for safe cookie dough)
  • Butter
  • Brown sugar
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Vanilla extract
  • Milk (as needed)
  • Melted chocolate for dipping
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Bake brownies in a mini muffin tin at 350°F (175°C) until just set; cool completely.
  2. Make cookie dough: beat butter and sugar until creamy, mix in vanilla + salt, then add heat-treated flour.
  3. Stir in mini chocolate chips and a splash of milk to soften if needed.
  4. Scoop or mold cookie dough onto each brownie base, pressing gently to secure.
