Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Noodle Clusters are crispy, sweet, and salty no-bake treats coated in creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate — dangerously addictive!

- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
- ½ cup honey or corn syrup
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat peanut butter, honey, and butter over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour mixture over chow mein noodles and gently stir to coat evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined tray and shape into small clusters.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts until smooth.
- Spoon chocolate over the tops of each cluster.
- Chill 20–30 minutes until set, then enjoy the crunchy, chocolatey bite.
Notes
- For a saltier flavor, add a pinch of sea salt to the mixture.
- Store clusters in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
