Description

Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Noodle Clusters are crispy, sweet, and salty no-bake treats coated in creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate — dangerously addictive!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
  • ½ cup honey or corn syrup
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat peanut butter, honey, and butter over low heat until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Pour mixture over chow mein noodles and gently stir to coat evenly.
  4. Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined tray and shape into small clusters.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts until smooth.
  6. Spoon chocolate over the tops of each cluster.
  7. Chill 20–30 minutes until set, then enjoy the crunchy, chocolatey bite.

Notes

  • For a saltier flavor, add a pinch of sea salt to the mixture.
