Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, toasted
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs (for crust)
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare crust by mixing Oreo crumbs with melted butter, pressing firmly into springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour filling over crust.
  3. Bake at 325°F until center is just set. Cool, then refrigerate for 4+ hours.
  4. Once chilled, drizzle caramel sauce over the top, letting it drip down the sides.
  5. Pour smooth chocolate ganache over caramel.
  6. Arrange pecans neatly around the top and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  7. Slice and serve with extra caramel drizzle if desired.
