- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup pecans, toasted
- 1 cup chocolate ganache
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs (for crust)
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare crust by mixing Oreo crumbs with melted butter, pressing firmly into springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour filling over crust.
- Bake at 325°F until center is just set. Cool, then refrigerate for 4+ hours.
- Once chilled, drizzle caramel sauce over the top, letting it drip down the sides.
- Pour smooth chocolate ganache over caramel.
- Arrange pecans neatly around the top and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Slice and serve with extra caramel drizzle if desired.

- Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate for the ganache.
- Chilling the cheesecake overnight enhances the flavors.
