Ingredients

- 200g Biscoff cookies
- 100g melted butter
- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g Biscoff spread
- 300ml heavy cream
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g milk chocolate chunks or shavings
- Extra melted chocolate for drizzle
Instructions
- Crush Biscoff cookies finely and mix with melted butter.
- Press firmly into a tart pan; chill for 30 minutes until set.
- Melt dark chocolate gently and let cool slightly.
- Warm cream and whisk into chocolate until smooth and glossy.
- Spread Biscoff over the crust, then pour chocolate filling on top.
- Chill for 3 hours until fully set.
- Finish with chocolate drizzle and chopped chocolate before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the chocolate is not too hot when mixing with cream to avoid seizing.
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
