Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g Biscoff cookies
  • 100g melted butter
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 150g Biscoff spread
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g milk chocolate chunks or shavings
  • Extra melted chocolate for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Crush Biscoff cookies finely and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press firmly into a tart pan; chill for 30 minutes until set.
  3. Melt dark chocolate gently and let cool slightly.
  4. Warm cream and whisk into chocolate until smooth and glossy.
  5. Spread Biscoff over the crust, then pour chocolate filling on top.
  6. Chill for 3 hours until fully set.
  7. Finish with chocolate drizzle and chopped chocolate before serving.
