A no-bake holiday tart with a buttery Biscoff crust, silky chocolate filling, and glossy Biscoff swirl.
Ingredients

- 200g Biscoff cookies
- 100g butter, melted
- 200g chocolate (milk or dark), chopped
- 150g Biscoff spread
- 300ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: chopped chocolate or Biscoff cookies for topping
Instructions
- Crush Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter; press firmly into a tart pan and chill for 10 minutes.
- Heat heavy cream until steaming, then pour over chopped chocolate; stir until smooth.
- Add vanilla and a pinch of salt, then pour chocolate filling into the chilled crust.
- Microwave Biscoff spread until pourable and swirl over the top.
- Chill for 2 hours or until fully set.
- Top with chopped chocolate or more cookie pieces.
- Slice and serve rich, glossy wedges.
Notes
- Ensure the Biscoff spread is heated just enough to be pourable.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
