Description

A no-bake holiday tart with a buttery Biscoff crust, silky chocolate filling, and glossy Biscoff swirl.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g Biscoff cookies
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 200g chocolate (milk or dark), chopped
  • 150g Biscoff spread
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: chopped chocolate or Biscoff cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter; press firmly into a tart pan and chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat heavy cream until steaming, then pour over chopped chocolate; stir until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla and a pinch of salt, then pour chocolate filling into the chilled crust.
  4. Microwave Biscoff spread until pourable and swirl over the top.
  5. Chill for 2 hours or until fully set.
  6. Top with chopped chocolate or more cookie pieces.
  7. Slice and serve rich, glossy wedges.

Notes

  • Ensure the Biscoff spread is heated just enough to be pourable.
  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate.
