Description

A festive no-bake bar with a crunchy graham base, chocolate layer, creamy cheesecake filling, and peppermint-candy crunch on top.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package white chocolate or vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows or crushed peppermint candies
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache (made from chocolate and cream)
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • ½ cup Christmas M&Ms
  • ½ cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Mix graham crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into a lined baking dish; chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour a smooth chocolate ganache layer over the crust and let it set slightly.
  3. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, then fold in whipped topping to create a fluffy cheesecake layer.
  4. Stir in mini marshmallows or peppermint crunch pieces, then spread this cream layer over the chocolate.
  5. Add a final layer of whipped topping, spreading evenly.
  6. Sprinkle generously with crushed candy canes and Christmas M&Ms.
  7. Chill for 2–3 hours until firm enough to slice clean bars.
