- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 package white chocolate or vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup mini marshmallows or crushed peppermint candies
- 1 cup chocolate ganache (made from chocolate and cream)
- 1 cup whipped topping
- ½ cup Christmas M&Ms
- ½ cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Mix graham crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into a lined baking dish; chill for 10 minutes.
- Pour a smooth chocolate ganache layer over the crust and let it set slightly.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, then fold in whipped topping to create a fluffy cheesecake layer.
- Stir in mini marshmallows or peppermint crunch pieces, then spread this cream layer over the chocolate.
- Add a final layer of whipped topping, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle generously with crushed candy canes and Christmas M&Ms.
- Chill for 2–3 hours until firm enough to slice clean bars.

- Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, use more crushed peppermint candies.
