Instructions

  1. Bake red velvet cake in a 9×13 pan according to package directions; let cool 10 minutes.
  2. Poke deep holes across the warm cake using the handle of a wooden spoon.
  3. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake so it seeps into the holes.
  4. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until slightly thickened; divide in half. Tint one half green.
  5. Spread the plain pudding layer first over the cake, then add the green layer on top. Chill 1 hour.
