- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–4 tbsp heavy cream or milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla into a smooth pancake batter.
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to form the cinnamon swirl filling.
- Pipe or spoon the cinnamon mixture into a squeeze bottle or bag.
- Cook pancakes on a lightly greased skillet; swirl cinnamon mixture on top while cooking.
- Flip carefully and cook until fluffy and golden.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk into a smooth glaze.
- Stack pancakes and drizzle generously with cream cheese glaze before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the skillet is not too hot to prevent burning the pancakes.
- Adjust the thickness of the glaze by adding more or less cream/milk.
- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar in the pancake batter as well.
