Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for swirl)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (for glaze)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 24 tbsp heavy cream or milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla into a smooth pancake batter.
  2. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to form the cinnamon swirl filling.
  3. Pipe or spoon the cinnamon mixture into a squeeze bottle or bag.
  4. Cook pancakes on a lightly greased skillet; swirl cinnamon mixture on top while cooking.
  5. Flip carefully and cook until fluffy and golden.
  6. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk into a smooth glaze.
  7. Stack pancakes and drizzle generously with cream cheese glaze before serving.
