Instructions
- Heat heavy cream until steaming, then pour over chopped dark chocolate and butter.
- Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy; add vanilla and salt.
- Chill ganache 1–2 hours until scoopable.
- Scoop small portions and roll quickly into balls with cool hands.
- Coat in cocoa powder, sprinkles, chopped nuts, or chocolate jimmies.
- Chill again to set.
- Serve cool and store refrigerated.
