Instructions

  1. In a nonstick saucepan, combine condensed milk, butter, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and glossy (about 10 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool completely at room temperature.
  4. Grease hands lightly with butter and roll into small balls.
