Instructions
- Chop cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
- Finely dice celery and red onion.
- In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon until smooth.
- Fold shrimp, celery, and onion into the dressing.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika or Old Bay if using.
- Stir in fresh herbs gently.
- Cover and chill for 30 minutes for classic deli flavor; serve cold.
