- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 cup frozen or canned corn
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13” baking dish.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; drain grease.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, corn, and half the cheese.
- Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake 5 more minutes. Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
