- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 2 cups Cheddar Bay–style biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup lemon butter sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup sour cream or mayo (for creamy filling)
Instructions
- Mix biscuit dough with cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, gently fold lump crab meat with a little mayo or sour cream plus Old Bay.
- Scoop biscuit dough, flatten slightly, and place crab filling in the center; fold dough around it to seal.
- Bake at 400°F for 12–14 minutes until tops are golden and lightly crisp.
- Melt butter with lemon juice, garlic, and parsley.
- Pour warm lemon butter generously over the hot biscuits.
- Serve immediately with extra lemon butter for dipping.

- Ensure the crab meat is fresh for the best flavor.
- Adjust the amount of Old Bay seasoning to taste.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the crab mixture.
