Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or mayo (for creamy filling)

Instructions

  1. Mix biscuit dough with cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, and parsley.
  2. In a separate bowl, gently fold lump crab meat with a little mayo or sour cream plus Old Bay.
  3. Scoop biscuit dough, flatten slightly, and place crab filling in the center; fold dough around it to seal.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 12–14 minutes until tops are golden and lightly crisp.
  5. Melt butter with lemon juice, garlic, and parsley.
  6. Pour warm lemon butter generously over the hot biscuits.
