Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley (optional)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, honey, orange zest, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. Spread mixture evenly over puff pastry.
