- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley (optional)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, honey, orange zest, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Spread mixture evenly over puff pastry.
- Sprinkle cranberries (and chives if using) over the top.
- Roll up the pastry tightly and slice into ½-inch thick rounds.
- Brush tops lightly with egg wash and bake 18–20 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Cool slightly before serving warm and creamy.
