- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Mix flour, oats, baking powder, and salt in one bowl to prepare the batter base.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter (or oil), sugar, orange juice, zest, and vanilla.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just until mixed.
- Gently fold in cranberries (toss in a little flour first if using frozen).
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50–60 minutes, until golden and a tester comes out clean.
- Let the loaf rest for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan.
- Slice warm or at room temperature—great with butter or cream cheese.
