- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- Fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5–6 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and paprika to create a smooth garlic sauce.
- Warm tortillas lightly so they’re flexible.
- Layer sliced chicken in the center of each tortilla, spoon over garlic cream sauce, and sprinkle generously with cheddar.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps.
- Toast wraps seam-side down in a skillet until golden grill marks form and cheese melts inside.
- Slice in half, drizzle extra garlic sauce on top, and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed vegetables to the wraps.
