Instructions

  3. Stir in tomato paste and Italian seasoning; cook 1 minute to deepen flavor.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and a splash of pasta water; simmer until silky.
  5. Add Parmesan and stir until melted into a creamy sauce.
  6. Toss in the cooked rigatoni and coat evenly; adjust thickness with pasta water if needed.
  7. Finish with parsley and serve hot.
