Instructions

- Pour in heavy cream and a splash of pasta water; simmer until silky.
- Add Parmesan and stir until melted into a creamy sauce.
- Toss in the cooked rigatoni and coat evenly; adjust thickness with pasta water if needed.
- Finish with parsley and serve hot.
