Description

Creamy Mushroom Meatballs & Gnocchi Skillet is a comforting dish featuring pillowy gnocchi and juicy meatballs in a rich mushroom cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • Prepared meatballs (beef or pork)
  • Potato gnocchi
  • Mushrooms (cremini or button)
  • Heavy cream
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Chicken or beef broth
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh parsley or rosemary (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brown meatballs in olive oil until golden; remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until deeply browned.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in broth and cream; simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in gnocchi and cook until tender and coated.
