Ingredients
- Prepared meatballs (beef or pork)
- Potato gnocchi
- Mushrooms (cremini or button)
- Heavy cream
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Garlic (minced)
- Chicken or beef broth
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley or rosemary (garnish)
Instructions
- Brown meatballs in olive oil until golden; remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until deeply browned.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in broth and cream; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in gnocchi and cook until tender and coated.
- Return meatballs to the pan and simmer until heated through.
- Finish with Parmesan, season to taste, and garnish with herbs.
