Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Reserved pasta water
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook penne in salted water until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through; slice and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic briefly until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
  6. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth, loosening with pasta water if needed.
  7. Toss in penne, top with chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
