Ingredients

  • 4 Bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup White rice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or butter
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
  2. Sear chicken skin-side down until deeply golden; flip briefly, then remove.
  3. Sauté onion in the same pan until soft and lightly caramelized.
  4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and cream; stir and simmer gently.
  6. Return chicken to the sauce, cover, and simmer 20–25 minutes until tender.
  7. Serve chicken and sauce spooned generously over hot rice, garnished with parsley.
