- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
- Sear chicken skin-side down until deeply golden; flip briefly, then remove.
- Sauté onion in the same pan until soft and lightly caramelized.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and cream; stir and simmer gently.
- Return chicken to the sauce, cover, and simmer 20–25 minutes until tender.
- Serve chicken and sauce spooned generously over hot rice, garnished with parsley.
