Ingredients

  • Shredded cooked chicken (3 cups)
  • Lasagna noodles (9 sheets)
  • Cream cheese (8 oz, softened)
  • Mozzarella cheese (2 cups, shredded)
  • Buffalo or hot sauce (½ cup, adjust to spice level)
  • Alfredo sauce (1 jar, about 15 oz)
  • Garlic powder (1 tsp)
  • Onion powder (1 tsp)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with cream cheese, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer noodles, spicy chicken mixture, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with mozzarella on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10–15 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing; drizzle with ranch or extra Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
