Ingredients
- Shredded cooked chicken (3 cups)
- Lasagna noodles (9 sheets)
- Cream cheese (8 oz, softened)
- Mozzarella cheese (2 cups, shredded)
- Buffalo or hot sauce (½ cup, adjust to spice level)
- Alfredo sauce (1 jar, about 15 oz)
- Garlic powder (1 tsp)
- Onion powder (1 tsp)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with cream cheese, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a greased baking dish.
- Layer noodles, spicy chicken mixture, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10–15 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing; drizzle with ranch or extra Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce based on your spice preference.
- For a creamier texture, add more cream cheese.
- Garnish with additional parsley for a fresh touch.
