Description

Ingredients

  • Ground beef (or beef + pork mix)
  • Mushrooms (sliced)
  • Heavy cream
  • Beef broth
  • Onion
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Egg
  • Butter
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Allspice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix ground meat with onion, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, allspice, salt, and pepper; shape into meatballs.
  2. Sear meatballs in butter until browned on all sides; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté mushrooms in more butter until golden.
  4. Stir in a spoon of flour, then add beef broth and Worcestershire; simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and return meatballs to the sauce.
  6. Simmer 10–12 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and sauce is velvety.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
