Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring water, butter, sugar, and salt to a gentle boil.
- Stir in flour until a smooth dough forms and pulls away from the pan.
- Cool slightly, then beat in eggs and vanilla until glossy and pipeable.
- Pipe or spoon small dough balls onto a parchment-lined air fryer basket.
- Lightly spray with oil and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Toss warm bites in cinnamon sugar until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately with warm chocolate sauce for dipping.
