Ingredients

  • Feta cheese
  • Spring roll wrappers
  • Honey
  • Cream cheese
  • Dried oregano
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Sesame seeds
  • Red chili flakes
  • Fresh thyme (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix feta, cream cheese, oregano, and black pepper until creamy but textured.
  2. Lay out spring roll wrappers and place a spoonful of filling near one edge.
  3. Roll tightly, folding in sides, sealing with a light brush of olive oil.
  4. Brush rolls with olive oil and sprinkle generously with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 18–22 minutes until deeply golden and crisp.
