Instructions
- In a bowl, mix feta, cream cheese, oregano, and black pepper until creamy but textured.
- Lay out spring roll wrappers and place a spoonful of filling near one edge.
- Roll tightly, folding in sides, sealing with a light brush of olive oil.
- Brush rolls with olive oil and sprinkle generously with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 18–22 minutes until deeply golden and crisp.
- Warm honey gently and stir in chili flakes to create hot honey.
- Drizzle hot honey over rolls and garnish with thyme before serving.
