Description

Crispy Philly Cheesesteak Grilled Wraps are loaded grilled tortillas packed with juicy steak, peppers, onions, and melty cheese—crispy outside, gooey inside.

Ingredients

  • Thin-sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • Provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • Flour tortillas
  • Bell peppers
  • Onions
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sauté sliced peppers and onions in olive oil until soft and lightly charred; set aside.
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; cook in the same skillet until browned.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and fill each with steak, veggies, and plenty of cheese.
  4. Roll tightly into wraps, tucking ends in.
  5. Grill or skillet-sear over medium-high heat until tortillas are crispy and cheese is fully melted.
  6. Let rest 2 minutes, then slice in halves.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak for a few hours before cooking.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or jalapeños for a spicy kick.
  • These wraps can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven for a quick meal.
