Crispy Philly Cheesesteak Grilled Wraps are loaded grilled tortillas packed with juicy steak, peppers, onions, and melty cheese—crispy outside, gooey inside.
Ingredients
- Thin-sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- Provolone or mozzarella cheese
- Flour tortillas
- Bell peppers
- Onions
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Sauté sliced peppers and onions in olive oil until soft and lightly charred; set aside.
- Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; cook in the same skillet until browned.
- Lay tortillas flat and fill each with steak, veggies, and plenty of cheese.
- Roll tightly into wraps, tucking ends in.
- Grill or skillet-sear over medium-high heat until tortillas are crispy and cheese is fully melted.
- Let rest 2 minutes, then slice in halves.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak for a few hours before cooking.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or jalapeños for a spicy kick.
