Instructions

- Spread onto a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Roll the warm cake in parchment to form its shape; cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- Unroll cake, spread with cream cheese filling, then re-roll tightly.
- Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with cranberries or whipped cream swirls.
