- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz short pasta (penne or rigatoni)
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook pasta until just al dente; drain.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dressing, melted butter, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken and seasonings.
- Stir pasta into the sauce until fully coated.
- Transfer to baking dish and top generously with cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly, melty, and lightly golden.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add more buffalo wing sauce.
- Can substitute chicken with shredded rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Garnish with green onions or parsley for added flavor and color.
