Description

A spicy, creamy, ultra-gooey pasta bake that turns classic buffalo chicken dip into the ultimate comfort dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz short pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta until just al dente; drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dressing, melted butter, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
  4. Fold in shredded chicken and seasonings.
  5. Stir pasta into the sauce until fully coated.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and top generously with cheese.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly, melty, and lightly golden.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add more buffalo wing sauce.
  • Can substitute chicken with shredded rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Garnish with green onions or parsley for added flavor and color.
