- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup celery (finely chopped)

- Optional: 1/2 cup red grapes or apples (chopped)
- Optional: sliced almonds
Instructions
- Drain canned chicken thoroughly, then break apart with a fork in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; mix until creamy.
- Fold in chopped celery, green onions, and optional grapes/apples for a deli-style touch.
- Add sliced almonds if you want extra crunch.
- Taste and adjust with more salt, pepper, or lemon.
- Chill 10–20 minutes to help flavors blend.
- Serve on toasted bread with lettuce, in wraps, or over salad greens.
