Instructions
- Crush Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Add softened cream cheese and blend until smooth and dough-like.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth, then dip each truffle until coated.
- Add candy eyes and Halloween sprinkles before chocolate sets.
- Chill again until firm, then serve for a fun, festive treat!
