Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked ham (diced)
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1/2 cup Milk or cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or chives) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease an oven-safe skillet.
  2. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Sauté ham briefly in the skillet, then add spinach until just wilted.
  4. Pour egg mixture evenly over ham and spinach.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese and a pinch of red pepper flakes on top.
  6. Bake until set in the center and lightly golden, about 20–25 minutes.
  7. Rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
