Ingredients
- Pizza dough (1 lb or 1 can refrigerated)
- Mozzarella cheese (1 cup, shredded or cubed)
- Pepperoni slices (½ cup)
- Pizza sauce (½ cup)
- Butter (2 tbsp, melted)
- Garlic powder (½ tsp)
- Italian seasoning (1 tsp)
- Parmesan cheese (2 tbsp, grated)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide pizza dough into 8 pieces; flatten each piece into a small circle.
- Place 1 tbsp sauce, a few pepperoni slices, and mozzarella in the center; pinch edges to seal into a ball.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.
- Bake 15–18 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping — the cheese pull is irresistible!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños inside the pizza bombs.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
