Ingredients

  • Pizza dough (1 lb or 1 can refrigerated)
  • Mozzarella cheese (1 cup, shredded or cubed)
  • Pepperoni slices (½ cup)
  • Pizza sauce (½ cup)
  • Butter (2 tbsp, melted)
  • Garlic powder (½ tsp)
  • Italian seasoning (1 tsp)
  • Parmesan cheese (2 tbsp, grated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide pizza dough into 8 pieces; flatten each piece into a small circle.
  3. Place 1 tbsp sauce, a few pepperoni slices, and mozzarella in the center; pinch edges to seal into a ball.
  4. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping — the cheese pull is irresistible!
