Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Roll out puff pastry, spread cheesecake filling evenly, and top with sliced strawberries.
- Roll the pastry into a log, slice into 1½-inch rounds, and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Brush edges with beaten egg and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Mix powdered sugar with a splash of milk for a smooth glaze; drizzle generously.
- Cool slightly and serve warm with extra strawberries if desired.
