Description

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup finely chopped pistachios
  • ½ cup Nutella or hazelnut spread
  • 1 cup white chocolate ganache (for pistachio layer)
  • ½ cup dark chocolate ganache (for topping)
  • Whipped pistachio cream and Ferrero Rocher candies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two 8-inch cake pans.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add eggs one at a time, and mix in milk.
  3. Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; fold into the wet mixture.
  4. Divide batter into pans and bake 25–30 minutes; cool completely.
  5. Spread Nutella and chopped pistachios between cake layers.
  6. Pour smooth white chocolate pistachio ganache over the middle layer, then top with dark chocolate ganache.
  7. Pipe pistachio cream rosettes and top each slice with a Ferrero Rocher candy for a stunning finish.
