- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup finely chopped pistachios
- ½ cup Nutella or hazelnut spread
- 1 cup white chocolate ganache (for pistachio layer)
- ½ cup dark chocolate ganache (for topping)
- Whipped pistachio cream and Ferrero Rocher candies for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two 8-inch cake pans.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add eggs one at a time, and mix in milk.
- Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; fold into the wet mixture.
- Divide batter into pans and bake 25–30 minutes; cool completely.
- Spread Nutella and chopped pistachios between cake layers.
- Pour smooth white chocolate pistachio ganache over the middle layer, then top with dark chocolate ganache.
- Pipe pistachio cream rosettes and top each slice with a Ferrero Rocher candy for a stunning finish.
