Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth.
- Stir in green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Scoop mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
- Chill for 30–60 minutes until firm.
- Mix chopped cranberries and pecans on a plate.
- Roll chilled cheese ball in cranberry-pecan mixture until fully coated.
- Serve chilled with crackers or pretzels.
