Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs; mix with softened cream cheese until a dough forms.
- Shape into small truffle balls and place on a lined tray.
- Freeze for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
- Gently melt white chocolate; add a few drops of oil if you want a smoother coating.
- Coat each truffle fully in melted white chocolate.
- Immediately sprinkle with peppermint sprinkles or crushed candy canes.
- Refrigerate until chocolate firms. Store chilled.
